These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the agreement for the work itself — that gets settled between you and Trevor before any job starts.

What's on this site

The descriptions here explain the kind of work Trevor does. They aren't a quote, a contract, or a guarantee about a particular property. Every job is priced after he has looked at it in person.

Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on what Trevor can see when he visits. If something turns up once the work starts — rot inside a trunk, concrete buried where nobody expected it, more brush than was visible — he stops and talks to you before doing anything that changes the price.

Scheduling and weather

This is outdoor work in southwest Virginia. Rain, wind, ice, and ground conditions move schedules, sometimes on the day. Trevor will tell you as soon as he knows.

Safety

If a tree or limb is on a power line, call your utility and 911 first. Downed lines are their responsibility, not a tree service's, and nothing on this site should be read as advice to approach one.

Accuracy

The general information on this site — seasons, tree species, growing windows, how work is typically done — is written for southwest Virginia and offered in good faith. Conditions on any specific property can differ. Nothing here replaces having somebody look at your actual trees.
